dah ade 50 followers!~


OLA..!HYE KORUNKS...

followers saye dah ade yg ke-50...
hurmm..lame jugak eh baru nak ade ramai followers?
erm...bukan ape..ni la akibatnye kalo kadang2 aktiv kadang2 x kan..

ni aku saje2 je letak..haha!gatal kan...nak gtwu korunk betape aku rindu nak minum ice blended mangga ni hah~well ni lokasi nye  : village view bangi!
hehe..so korunk2 kat luar sane kalo nk bebelog..kena la selalu aktiv2..kena la selalu update entry kan..baru la ramai nak follow belog korunk..kalo setakat cm aku ni..kadang2 aktiv kadang2 x..hehe..ni la kejadahnye.
tapi2...tapi aku suke tawu!sebab yg jadi followers ke - 50 ni adek chumel kat kolej aku KTDI..upm nie..hehe

MURNI discovery + buru ANTU..~

hye READERS...

okieh!semalam dgn lafaz ALHAMDULILLAH...sy dah tamat belajar utk tmpoh 4 tahun degree nie..so now tgh count nak alek umah..tp xtawu alek biler agy..mybe esok ato pon luse..sebab ape?sebab barang saye sgt banyak upenye..waduh malas giler nak kekemas barang nie...kalo ade duet lebey nak je sy upah org..tp ade ke org nak kan?hurm..setiap sem ni la masalahnye..kekemas barang..tp kali ni giler banyak nk kena kemas sebab dah abes...huhu..

okeih..dgn senang aty + gusar kepale ku...kuar je exam terus masuk dalam keta PAIM..then g MURNI discovery..makan..kei dr pagy tahna perut tuk study..so malam kena makan sepuas2nye..hehe..
okieh..makan2 tu ramai jugak join..daniel pali fairuz fath ety edwin komak bonzer n aku...sume dtg dgn perut lapo..~


 mase kat murni macam2 la jenis air yg ade..sume nak bantai name yg pepelik..hehe..ni air namenye pink panther..okieh jgn tertipu senanye tak la pink sgt warnenye..!tp memang sedap..~weeee<3

 sementare nak nunggu makanan sampai n masuk lam perut memasing so..kit enjoy dulu begambo!

 ni pencetus idea ke MURNI..hehe....tgk tu air dah ahbes tawu!sgt sedap!

so dr murni kitrog ke I-city memandangkan sorang mamat kesepian ni yg dtg dr sabah tak penah sampai kat i-city agy..so kitorg ase sgt kesian kat die..hehe...bak kate nenek aku pon tawu i-city...so kitorg pon g la sane..amek2 gambo...n abadikan kenangan sebagai kosmate..tp trip kami tak benti kat situ..kitorg langkah panjang agy pegi memburu antu..korunk penah dgr kan cite yg umahs ewa berhantu dekat ngn wetworld tuh?kat shah alam?so kitorg ngn semangatnye g la mencarik2..abes sume pokok n umah yg laen macam sume jadi kecaman kami sume..hahahaha!

OUCHHH!!!saya STRESS!

HYE READERS!
erm..rini mud xbape nak baeks la korunk...esok aku ade paper calclus..ouch!memang stress giler nak hadapi exam esok!
dr pagy td pas exam aku xmakan..kemain agy konon2 syg mase..yelakan mase itu kan emas...so cm nak p makan pon aku ase buang mase!kena study!hehe..poyo x?tak poyo la..~
erm..tp dh lewat2 petang cmnie aku ase macam dh xley nak handle dah stress aku!ase otak aku dh karat penuh ngn ilmu math nie..alahai..konsep2 die banyak giler??xley ker konsep2 tu jadi cam konsep2 lagu?hehehe~

so dalam aku dok study2 depan laptop ni..tangan aku ni jari2 manis aku ni pantas je click akt search engine " stress " and kuar la satu site yg cite ape tu stress!
hehe..layan jap site tuh!
erm..moga2 aku dapat hadapi exam exok dgn tenang and tidak stress!itu yg penting~

stress ni ade dua..bad and good stress!dulu mase kelas stress and coping..aku ade belaja dah benda nie..mane stress yg lebey penting n stress mane yg bagi stress kat stress agy satu..korunk paham?kalo x mey la amek notes kat den bagi paham..hehe tapi xpe..aku dh share info sebab stress ni k..korunk just read about it..interesting!

Good Stress and Bad Stress
            The stress response (also called the fight or flight response) is critical during emergency situations, such as when a driver has to slam on the brakes to avoid an accident. It can also be activated in a milder form at a time when the pressure's on but there's no actual danger - like stepping up to take the foul shot that could win the game, getting ready to go to a big dance, or sitting down for a final exam. A little of this stress can help keep you on your toes, ready to rise to a challenge. And the nervous system quickly returns to its normal state, standing by to respond again when needed.

            But stress doesn't always happen in response to things that are immediate or that are over quickly. Ongoing or long-term events, like coping with a divorce or moving to a new neighborhood or school, can cause stress, too. Long-term stressful situations can produce a lasting, low-level stress that's hard on people. The nervous system senses continued pressure and may remain slightly activated and continue to pump out extra stress hormones over an extended period. This can wear out the body's reserves, leave a person feeling depleted or overwhelmed, weaken the body's immune system, and cause other problems.

What Causes Stress Overload?
            Although just enough stress can be a good thing, stress overload is a different story - too much stress isn't good for anyone. For example, feeling a little stress about a test that's coming up can motivate you to study hard. But stressing out too much over the test can make it hard to concentrate on the material you need to learn.
Pressures that are too intense or last too long, or troubles that are shouldered alone, can cause people to feel stress overload. Here are some of the things that can overwhelm the body's ability to cope if they continue for a long time:
  • being bullied or exposed to violence or injury
  • relationship stress, family conflicts, or the heavy emotions that can accompany a broken heart or the death of a loved one
  • ongoing problems with schoolwork related to a learning disability or other problems, such as ADHD (usually once the problem is recognized and the person is given the right learning support the stress disappears)
  • crammed schedules, not having enough time to rest and relax, and always being on the go
            Some stressful situations can be extreme and may require special attention and care. Posttraumatic stress disorder is a very strong stress reaction that can develop in people who have lived through an extremely traumatic event, such as a serious car accident, a natural disaster like an earthquake, or an assault like rape.
Some people have anxiety problems that can cause them to overreact to stress, making even small difficulties seem like crises. If a person frequently feels tense, upset, worried, or stressed, it may be a sign of anxiety. Anxiety problems usually need attention, and many people turn to professional counselors for help in overcoming them.

Signs of Stress Overload
People who are experiencing stress overload may notice some of the following signs:
  • anxiety or panic attacks
  • a feeling of being constantly pressured, hassled, and hurried
  • irritability and moodiness
  • physical symptoms, such as stomach problems, headaches, or even chest pain
  • allergic reactions, such as eczema or asthma
  • problems sleeping
  • drinking too much, smoking, overeating, or doing drugs
  • sadness or depression
   Foods that speed up stress:
  • coffee
  • alcohol
  • sweets
  • salty food
  • fat foods
  • dairy products
  • beef and red meat
  • margarine
  • spicy food

1st tyme interview experience!!!

hye readers...
hee...saje nak gtawu aku dah lepas dah AZAB interview ritu..

WELL korunk kan aku ade share aku ade interview sabtu lepas..then aku g dgn berjayenye selepas membuat ulangkaji pade pukol 2 3 pagy sebabnye aku baru alek mrayau mase tuh..bukan merayau saje2 tawu..aku g beli barang2 tuk pegy interview..urm..
mekaseh pade putera kesayangan sebab belanje saye!hehe..

baju + suar + tali pinggang = RM 118..
naseb bek den xrembat kasut sekali..hehehe

okieh..nak dijadikan citer..malam tu la baru aku sesibuk nak potostat sijil2 bagai..nak suson2 dalam file..malam tu la..malam tu baru den nak buek..hehe..takpe..masih ade mase iaitu 2 3 jam before g interview..hehe..
okieh..tido pade pukol 5..then bangun kol 630..
urm..lepas suboh tido alek..bangun 745..dan sangat ngntuk..dalam aty dh terpikir malas nk pegi interview tuh..haha...
tp aku bangun gak la..siap2...then kol minah LIMAH..merangkap PA aku..nak buat kan bun kat rambut den ni hah..kan cm kak limah..tu yg perlukan kekemasan sedikit..
tepat kol 9 reena dah kol n we ready to rockssss!!!okieh berganding bahu la aku n reena n ety berperang ke interview..hehe..eh telupe bersame PA aku..hehe..~
okieh..pusing2 satu TPM tu baru tawu la senanye kat mane tempat STANDARD CHARTERED tuh senanye..okieh..sume gelaks2 je dalam keta then tetibe sampai cam cuak siket..dan rupe2nye..ramainye manusia...hahaha~~~

okieh..mule2 kitorang kena isi form bagai..tande attandnce then tgu la giliran..diorg panggil masuk grup by grup dan kami dalam grup yg kedua..but interview nnt in person la..
okieh..ditakdirkan aku antare yg pertame dalam kami bertiga..haha~

4. in 3 years more, wut would i be?

hah lebey kurang la..dan sy ase sgt lame..more than 20mnit sy ase..hehe..org len kojap2 je..yela ramai kot...........
hahaha..tp sgt seronok..eh..berbalek kepade masalah aku mnggu lepaskan..

aku dh jumpe dah penyelesaiannye..hehe..ni la aku n kawan2 ku mase g interview ritu..

 yg nie adelah PA sye merangkap MANAGER sy..haha!ni die dh kelaparan sebab tunggu kitorg lame sgt..masuk dalam 10lebey kitorg kua dekat 12 jugak..hehe cian dye...tu lawok die makan..kentang2 goreng sambal ngn ikan...!hehe..lapa sungguh tu..by de way dear..u help me alot..tanx u so much by be beside bile2 aku perlukan kamuuuuuuuuu~

 ini adelah kami yg pergi interview!hahahaha~okieh..reen kamu sgt keayuan disini kei..<3

 aku n ETY!haha same2 berkemeja..kami mengaplikasikan nasehat DR RAZAK..katenye kalo g interview syarikat private pilihan kemeja n suar adelah yg terbaek!~
